Story of the Black Rabbits
The Black rabbits that runs wild on Wooden Top Farm are originally from the black domestic rabbits that were bred by the previous framer of the farm, Mr. Hawkins.
Mr Hawkins bred the rabbits to sell to public but over time was over run by buck rabbits (males) but didn't have the heart to cull them so he let them go and in doing so introduced the black rabbits to the surrounding areas.
